1. Join and reserve

Browse the Things online and make your reservation.

2. Collect in-store

Collect your item from the lockers inside Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre. Use our online guides and support if you need a hand at home.

3. Return it

Return your item back to the lockers, ready for another neighbour to use.

How to find us

3. Return it

Once you're finished, return your item to the lockers, ready for your neighbour to use.

Need a hand getting your Thing home? 

You can now hire a cargo bike to transport your Things to and from the lockers with ease. 

Even better - if you’re new to Our Bike, your first ride is FREE. (60 minutes for individuals, 180 minutes for businesses).

The bike is located near the lockers at 39 Bond St, London W5 5AS.

We've joined forces with Ealing Council to bring borrowing to the area so everyone can access the items they need to maintain their homes affordably.
